1.  These reviews are designed to collect structured feedback on custody evaluators from individuals who have undergone custody evaluations in Colorado ONLY. It is intended to provide insights and perspectives on the professionalism and performance of these evaluators to assist others in making informed decisions. It is NOT a public complaint board or a tool for defamation.

2.  When leaving a review, please ensure it is honest and based on your actual experiences. Avoid blaming custody evaluators for issues unrelated to their evaluations. Your feedback should reflect the evaluator’s role and conduct during your custody case.

3.  All reviewers MUST go through a free screening process to verify their involvement in a Colorado custody case within the last five years. This verification is for authenticity purposes only and this information WILL NOT be retained by the administrators.

4. Once verified, you will be able to submit your review. 

5. Custody evaluators have the opportunity to respond to the reviews about them (evaluators click here for more info). These responses will be published alongside the original reviews to ensure multiple perspectives are represented. 

6. Vetting and Removal: We reserve the right to vet all reviews before publishing. Reviews that are unsubstantiated, potentially defamatory, or violate our policies may be edited or not published. This will be done rarely and only if we believe the review is not based on actual services received.

7. While we stand firmly against evaluations that lack objectivity and integrity, we wholeheartedly support evaluators dedicated to advocating for the true needs of children and families. Our aim is to bring transparency and accountability to the custody evaluation system to be sure we are prioritizing the safety and best interests of each and every child in Colorado.

8. By using our website you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Custody Crisis LLC, Colorado Custody Evaluator Reviews, and their creators, administrators, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising out of or in connection with your use of the website or any information obtained from it.
